Third annual Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Report

Ted Rogers School releases its third annual Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Report

The Ted Rogers School of Management released its third annual EDI Report, capturing the school’s achievements and the many ways the community continued to push for equity and belonging over the 2024-2025 academic year.

Across the report, you will see how students, faculty, staff and alumni have worked to celebrate achievements, advocate for meaningful change, reciprocate through service and connection, and educate with intention. Each area reflects a different expression of our shared values: recognition of individual and collective impact, support for initiatives that challenge inequities, contributions that strengthen community capacity, and teaching and research that expand understanding.

Donor Impact Report

In Fall 2025, the Ted Rogers School released its 2024-25 Donor Impact Report, showcasing the collective impact made possible by the generosity and partnership of our donors.
Looking ahead, the school’s fundraising efforts over the next five years will be guided by the priorities outlined in our Strategic Plan: advancing student learning and success, strengthening and expanding academic programs and driving research and innovation.

Thank you to the many Advisory Council members who have helped us begin to open doors and have conversations to move our priorities forward. We’re excited to work with our members in the community to continue advancing student success, academic programming, and research and innovation.

To learn more about how you can further support the Ted Rogers School’s priorities, please contact Farida Adam, Director of Development at farida@torontomu.ca.

The Ted Rogers Sales Leadership Program (TRSLP) has achieved a major milestone: it has been awarded Full Membership status by the University Sales Center Alliance (USCA), making it the first and only Canadian university to receive this prestigious accreditation.

The award was presented in recognition of the program’s excellence in advancing sales education and preparing students for leadership roles in the global sales profession.
