A strong start to the year

I hope your 2026 is off to a great start! At the Ted Rogers School, we are mid-way through the Winter semester and I'm very proud of all of the remarkable achievements we have had so far this year.

In January, the Ted Rogers Sales Leadership Program hosted its second annual Canadian University Sales Competition, featuring teams from universities across the country showcasing their sales skills in Role Play and Speed Sell competitions. In addition, the Executive Education team led a group that went to St. Lucia to deliver the Sandals BRIDGE Leadership Program as part of our partnership with Sandals Corporate University.
Finally, Ted Rogers School’s 2024–25 Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Report was released, which highlights how our school community has worked to celebrate achievements, advocate for meaningful change, reciprocate through service and connection, and educate with intention. We hope you take pride in reading about everything we’ve been able to accomplish together.

I know that the second half of the semester will be filled with many more events and initiatives, including the Viola Desmond Awards and Bursary Ceremony hosted at our school on February 19 and the Reimagining Women in Leadership Conference and Case Competition on March 6 and 7.

I hope you remember to take some time to rest and recharge this Reading Week to keep the momentum going and ensure a strong finish to the Winter term.

Best,
Cynthia Holmes
